Refund and Returns Policy

Returns & Cancellations:

  • You have the option to cancel your order and receive a full refund until you receive the shipment confirmation email with tracking information.
  • If you cancel your order after it has been sent, you will be responsible for the return shipping fee.
  • The original shipping fee incurred to send the bike to you will not be refunded, even if “free” shipping was advertised.
  • All sales are final, and no refunds or exchanges can be provided after the bike has shipped.

International Purchases:

  • For purchases made outside of the United States, currency conversion charges may be applied by your credit card company and Shopify (the payment processor). You will be responsible for these charges.
  • Refunds can only be issued in USD up to the full amount of the original purchase.

Return Eligibility:

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • A valid reason for the return must be provided.
  • Returns or exchanges may be subject to a restocking fee of $150 at the sole discretion of ezyebikes.com.

Return Process:

  • To initiate a return, you must have a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Do not send your purchase back until you have received written authorization for the return.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, ezyebikes.com will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • ezyebikes.com reserves the right to withhold the full value of the refund if the bike is in poor condition upon receipt, and a restocking fee of $150 may be applied.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe.

Exchanges:

  • Exchanges are only available for severely defective or extremely damaged items.
  • If you believe you are eligible for an exchange or replacement, please contact support at contact@ezyebikes.com.
