We strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Typically, orders for in-stock items will be processed within 3-8 business days. Please note that shipping and delivery times may vary.Shipping Methods:
Our bikes shipped within the contiguous United States qualify for FREE shipping. Most of our bikes are shipped via FedEx GROUND. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer expedited shipping services due to shipping limitations on lithium-ion batteries.Shipping Restrictions:
Shipping information and policies only apply to the 48 contiguous United States. We do not currently ship to Canada, Hawaii, Alaska, or other countries.Signature Requirement:
A signature will be required upon delivery of any order valued at $300 or higher. Any person in the household who is 21 years or older can sign for the delivery. Please have your valid government-issued photo ID ready at the time of delivery.Delivery Updates:
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with shipment tracking information. This tracking information provides a rough estimate of your delivery date. For real-time updates, please contact the shipping provider directly.Address Alterations:
If your bike has already shipped and you have a FedEx tracking number, please contact FedEx or use the FedEx Delivery Manager tool to arrange any special requests or delivery instructions. We are unable to make any changes or special arrangements, including address changes, after your order has been placed. If there is an error in your order’s delivery address, please contact us directly as soon as possible.

Returns of Unused Items:
Unused bikes, parts, and accessories may be returned within 30 days of delivery by contacting us. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, free from dirt, dust, or any fragrances/odors, in the same packaging and condition that you received it. Please note that e-bikes must be in new condition and have 15 miles or less.Return Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return, the item must not be a non-returnable item as described in our policy and must not be ineligible for cancellation/return according to any other provision of this policy.Return Fees:
Any e-bike cancellation/return will be subject to a $150 return fee. A 15% processing fee will be applied for any other item being returned or cancelled.Return Authorization:
All returns require authorization from our Customer Experience Team. Please contact us to obtain an authorization code before returning any item. Returns received without an authorization code may be lost, and we accept no responsibility for such items.Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items are non-returnable, including used, undamaged equipment, apparel, battery packs, helmets, special orders, gift cards, gifted orders, items that display wear, open box bicycles, refurbished bicycles, and items specified as non-returnable.Return Shipping:
For the purpose of warranty and returns, if you have discarded the original box in which the product was shipped, you are responsible for providing a return shipping box at your expense. Please retain your bike box, even if it has been damaged in shipping.Refunds:
All refunds will be processed to the original method of payment used at the time of purchase. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
